Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team as a Resort Activities Assistant for casual day shifts during the summer season. This entry-level role is perfect for someone with a passion for people, a love for fun, and a desire to make guests’ holidays truly special. You will be instrumental in creating memorable experiences by organizing and facilitating a variety of recreational activities for our resort guests. Full training will be provided, so no prior experience is necessary – just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and execution of daily resort activities, including games, sports, crafts, and entertainment for all age groups.
- Engage actively with guests, encouraging participation and fostering a friendly, inclusive environment.
- Prepare and set up activity areas and equipment, ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Provide clear instructions and demonstrations for activities, ensuring guests understand rules and safety guidelines.
- Monitor guest safety during activities and respond appropriately to any incidents or concerns.
- Distribute and collect activity supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory as needed.
- Promote upcoming resort events and activities to guests.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the Activities Coordinator or management to ensure smooth resort operations.
