Job Description
We are seeking a warm, organized, and professional Part-time Receptionist to join our boutique studio team for day shifts. This role is crucial for creating a welcoming first impression for our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk. You will be the friendly face of our establishment, managing bookings, assisting with inquiries, and providing administrative support in a dynamic and elegant environment. This position is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries with professionalism.
- Manage booking systems for accommodation, spa treatments, and restaurant reservations.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records.
- Provide guests with information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required, including mail handling and data entry.
- Resolve guest concerns and complaints with tact and a problem-solving approach.
