Job Description
Are you passionate about ethical beauty and engaging with people? Lush Cosmetics is looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Pop-up Shop Brand Representatives to join our team for temporary contracts in Moncton. In this role, you will be the face of Lush, bringing our unique products and brand story directly to customers at various pop-up locations. You’ll engage customers, demonstrate products, drive sales, and create memorable experiences. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking flexible, temporary work with weekly pay, providing full training, so no prior experience is necessary!
Key Responsibilities
- Engage actively with customers, sharing the Lush brand story and product benefits.
- Conduct product demonstrations and offer personalized recommendations.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Assist with the setup and teardown of pop-up shop displays, ensuring an appealing and organized presentation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Lush products, ingredients, and company values.
- Process transactions accurately using a mobile POS system.
- Ensure the pop-up area remains clean, tidy, and fully stocked throughout shifts.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a positive attitude.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing and enthusiastic personality with a natural ability to connect with people.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer literacy for POS system operation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, brand ambassador) is a plus, but not required.
- An interest in ethical cosmetics, sustainability, and environmental causes.
- Ability to speak French is an asset for serving Moncton's bilingual community.
