Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sustainable Packaging Line Worker to join our eco-friendly factory team in Port Alberni. This full-time day shift position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about sustainability and enjoy working in a dynamic production environment. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate packaging of our sustainable products. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor packaging machinery and equipment on the production line.
  • Inspect products for quality defects and ensure packaging meets company standards.
  • Load raw materials and packaging components onto the production line.
  • Pack finished goods into boxes, cartons, or other containers as per specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or product inconsistencies to supervisors.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on sustainable practices.
