Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Waiter to join our esteemed team at The Witchery by the Castle. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests promptly and courteously.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Serve food and drinks with elegance and precision.
- Monitor dining tables to ensure guest satisfaction and respond to any additional requests.
- Clear and reset tables according to our high standards.
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with other duties as needed to support the restaurant's operations.
