Job Description
We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Warehouse Worker for night shifts. This full-time position is perfect for someone looking to start a career in logistics with a supportive company that provides full training. No prior experience is required – we will teach you everything you need to know to succeed. You will play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring the efficient movement and sorting of packages within our Stephenville facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload packages from trucks and conveyors.
- Sort packages by destination, adhering to company procedures.
- Scan and track packages accurately using handheld devices.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Capability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic literacy skills (ability to read labels and instructions).
- Commitment to working night shifts.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- No prior experience required; full training provided.
