Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and driven K-12 Education Policy & Reform Intern to join our team in Summerside. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in education policy research, analysis, and advocacy within a dynamic environment. The intern will support various projects aimed at improving educational outcomes, addressing systemic challenges, and promoting innovative practices in K-12 schools across the Maritimes. This role is ideal for individuals eager to make a tangible impact on the future of education.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on current K-12 education policies, best practices, and reform initiatives.
- Assist in data collection and analysis related to educational trends and outcomes.
- Draft policy briefs, reports, presentations, and other communication materials.
- Support the organization of workshops, seminars, and stakeholder meetings.
- Monitor legislative developments and policy debates relevant to K-12 education.
- Collaborate with team members on ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth project execution.
