Key Responsibilities
- Monitor social media channels for trending topics and relevant conversations.
- Curate and schedule engaging content across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Pinterest).
- Assist in developing and executing social media content calendars.
- Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages with enthusiasm and brand voice.
- Identify opportunities for user-generated content and brand collaborations.
- Track and report on social media performance metrics (with training).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
