Job Description
Are you an enthusiastic and outgoing individual looking to kickstart your career in hospitality? We’re seeking dedicated Pub Staff to join our vibrant team in Bath. No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided to help you master every aspect of the role. You’ll be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring our guests have a fantastic experience from the moment they walk through the door. This is a dynamic role where you’ll contribute to a lively atmosphere, work with a supportive team, and learn valuable skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and serve guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including pouring perfect pints.
- Handle cash and card payments using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the bar, dining areas, and restrooms.
- Assist with stock rotation, deliveries, and keeping the bar well-stocked.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
