Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Casual Room Attendants for day shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated candidates who are keen to learn and maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Full training will be provided to ensure you are confident and capable in your role, regardless of prior experience. Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to established hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linen.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly to the supervisor.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries in a polite and efficient manner.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within specified timeframes.
