Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Operating a voice-activated picking system to accurately select products according to daily orders.
- Safely operating manual and electric pallet jacks (after training) to move products within the warehouse.
- Maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency in all picking tasks.
- Adhering to all safety procedures and guidelines within the Distribution Centre.
- Contributing to a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Performing other general warehouse duties as required.
Required Skills
- Ability to listen and follow voice commands accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution centre environment (highly regarded but not essential).
- Experience with voice picking systems.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transport to the Tamworth Distribution Centre.
