Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Bar Staff to join our dynamic team for casual night shifts. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for providing outstanding customer service. As a key member of our bar team, you will be responsible for serving drinks, maintaining a clean and organised bar area, and ensuring our patrons have an enjoyable and safe experience. RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is a mandatory requirement for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly and efficiently.
- Process payments accurately using POS systems and handle cash transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area.
- Ensure compliance with all RSA regulations and venue policies.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist with opening and closing duties of the bar.
- Monitor patrons for signs of intoxication and act appropriately.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth service.
Required Skills
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability and punctuality for night shifts.
- Basic cash handling skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.

- Previous experience working in a bar or hospitality setting.
