Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Avocado Pickers for the upcoming harvest season. This is a temporary role offering high hourly rates and immediate start opportunities. As an Avocado Picker, you will be responsible for carefully harvesting ripe avocados, ensuring quality standards are met, and contributing to the efficient operation of our farm. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking for outdoor, physical work.
Key Responsibilities
- Carefully pick ripe avocados by hand or using specialized tools.
- Sort and pack harvested avocados according to quality guidelines.
- Operate farm equipment safely and efficiently (training provided where necessary).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations on the farm.
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily picking targets.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

- Basic understanding of English for safety instructions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in agricultural or farm work is a plus, but not essential.
