Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Notary Public Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in legal administration with no prior experience required. You will receive comprehensive training to become a commissioned Notary Public, learning the essential skills and regulations required to support our legal and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities
- Undergo comprehensive training to become a commissioned Notary Public in Florida.
- Assist clients and staff with the proper execution and notarization of legal and financial documents.
- Verify the identity of signers and ensure they sign documents willingly and knowingly.
- Maintain meticulous records of all notarized documents and notarial acts.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external parties.
- Adhere strictly to all state notary laws, regulations, and company policies.

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
